last year, braden really didn't have any interest in basketball. last weekend the weather was just beautiful (as you can tell with the shorts and t-shirt). brit asked braden if he wanted to play basketball, and braden was SO good. he was making almost every shot. i know he is going to recruited by his school's basketball coaches due to his height. so i think, oneday, will we see braden on the courts. he had the most precious smile after he made a basket!!

REAL SNOW!!!
BEST SNOW DAY EVER!! in GA
Yesterday, we got the best snowstorm GA has seen in a long time. It started snowing around 1:30 and by 2:30, our backyard was already covered. It was so beautiful! Some friends came over that night to play in the snow and have snowball fights. It was lots of fun. Ansley, once again, loved it. She went down the sled several times and walked all over the yard. Braden thought it was the best because of the snowballs. He chased me all over the yard! I am so glad we got one great snowday this year!

boy's best friend...
Bentley and Braden
I was so excited to capture this moment. Braden went outside after school to sit with Bentley. I wish I could have put a microphone on him because he was talking to Bentley. I don't know what he was saying but I know the word "buddy" was used. That is what he calls Bentley. He loves that dog so much and it is a very special relationship between boy and dog. Bentley would do anything to protect our family, especially Braden.
